Hailing From Sarawak, Kolo Mee is characterised by a combination of springy egg noodles to tossed in a light, savoury sauce and topped with minced meat, fried shallots & other ingredients of your choice. A culinary staple great for any time of the day to satisfy a growling tummy, get it with a side of wontons or ngoh hiang for a thoroughly satisfying meal!

Traditional Kolo Mee exists to serve good comfort food at a reasonable price. Besides bridging local heritage food with modernity and making it relevant in this globalized culture, we also want to connect individuals who are passionate about food with the opportunity to become business owners and to be part of the movement to perpetuate Singapore’s local cuisine and food heritage.

Comprehensive Start-Up Support And Training

We will provide you and your staff with the necessary initial training to manage and operate the outlet. Our approach on-the-job training to ensure that you are well-equipped to oversee and manage all aspects of your business. When your outlet has commenced business, we will also deploy our staff to your outlet during the initial period to provide onsite supervision and guidance.

Our concept does not require an elaborate kitchen setup. This allows your initial costs to be lower as compared to many other restaurant concepts.
